| I started Radial Studios as a way of helping my peers be sucessful. My sole goal with the company is to make as many of my employees happy and effectively self sufficient as possible. If they can enjoy what they do, take pride in their work, work as they want, and as a team come together to deliver great products, I've succeeded, and I go home a happy man. |

| I got involved with the Firmlist on the suggestions of a friend. Thank you Dan. It seems like a great opportunity for local companies to meet up with local businesses and those around the world. Anything that promotes the design community and makes it stronger is worthy of help, whenver and wherever it can be mustered. |
